Eventfrog does not charge VAT on the ticket price, as the purchase contract is concluded between the organiser and the ticket buyer. As the organiser, you can, for example, print the addition (incl. 19% VAT) on the ticket so that it is clear to ticket buyers that 19% VAT is included in the ticket price.
Only services (e.g. vouchers, event sponsorship) are charged to you as the organiser. These are calculated in the invoice excluding VAT. VAT will be shown separately on the invoice.
